To restore purchased puzzle packs and Premium, please install the app Jigsaw Collection HD to your new device and use the “Restore purchases” button in the Settings of the App.
The Settings button is in the top right corner of the main screen.
Please, pay attention that the purchases in the App are connected to your Google Play ID. So, make sure that you are signed in to the same Google Play ID on both devices.
Kindly note that free puzzle packs as well as unfinished puzzles cannot be restored on your new device.
